This modality came about through my desire to create a healing system that calmed the central nervous system and reduce the stress response.

Throughout my career in the health industry, I have seen, time and time again, the impact stress has on the body and people’s health. Stress affects the body in a plethora of ways such as sleep issues, eating issues, mental health, mental focus, and motivation, among many others.

I enrolled in a course to create your own modality in September 2020 during Melbourne’s second lockdown during the Covid pandemic. The development phase was, and intuitive creation lead by a meditation into what wanted to come through me and what would be of greatest benefit, it was here that I learned that I was channeling Mother Mary along the ley lines that run through Glastonbury in the UK and the chalice well. This healing modality is driven by the heart – and Glastonbury is the heart chakra of the world as I was to find out during my investigation around the chalice well.

I then started piloting this within a group that I was involved in at the time – the initial process involved a tune in to the body and then a brief energetic healing to calm their bodies. The second phase of the pilot developed into what you see today which is a talk session and a healing session. I then trialed this on a variety of issues to collect information on who it works for and what issues it best suits. I found 90% of participants had successful outcomes from the session. I did come however to realise that it really needed to be a two session initial package so that people could explore their issues in greater depth and develop a greater understanding around their responses.

Who is this for?

This is for those people that have tried many other modalities and still feel like they haven’t got to the core of the issue. Those who want to work on a deeper level of understanding their triggers and are open to exploring this through a new innovative modality that is unique to you and your life experiences. It is subtle in nature so the shifts you experience may surprise you in the ease at which you move through the trigger that used to overwhelm you, now doesn’t even create a ripple in your world and you may not realise the changes until weeks later.

What to Expect + Session Preparation

It is important that you are clear on an area of your life that you feel overwhelmed by and are looking to calm your central nervous system response to. This provides a targeted approach to the talk therapy session – which is an intuitive lead dialogue from your experience and belief patterns that you are holding regarding your issue.

From here when experiencing the energy healing the reactions are individual and may include an extremely relaxing experience where you may fall asleep, other responses may include the desire to write/journal about what comes up for you during the energy healing, the desire to move around can also be experienced all are perfect for your experience. I recommend that you do not resist anything that arises during the healing session and allow yourself to experience it as it evolves. No two sessions are the same, the questioning will change, your challenge/trigger may change, and your response will most likely be different for each session.

I highly recommend that you take your cues from your body. Additionally, as with any healing session it is highly recommended that you drink plenty of water. You may want to eat more than normal – allow yourself to do so if that feels appropriate fro you. You may also experience a rebound affect, where your ‘problem’ really highlights itself over the coming days after a session, this typically calms down 2-3 days after a session. This is perfectly normal to experience during the healing process.

Sometimes this rebound effect is referred to as ‘Healing Crisis or ‘Herxing’, and can make us feel like we’re backsliding, or regressing - instead of progressing as desired. As a result, we may feel more depleted or frustrated when these symptoms occur. Oftentimes, it’s a misunderstanding of what the healing process actually looks like and how’s its often experienced for many of us.

Knowing in advance and understanding there’s no need to judge ourselves when we discover we’re deep in this process, will ease our journey to optimum wellness in a myriad of ways.
